A one-of-a-kind site
Based on the Alma airport site, our site offers the following advantages :
- 293-acre airport site
- Runway of 5,000 ft by 100 ft, direction: 13/31, paved, fuel tank 100LL, Jet A and Diesel
- Electricity 200 ft from the hangar (120/240 and 600 Volts)
- Rentalof a mobile ground control station (GCS)
- Building with controlled access including office space and hangar:
- Offices with conference room: 2 floors of 80 ft by 30 ft
- Hangar: 120 ft by 80 ft with doors 70 ft wide and 20 ft high
- Offices with conference room: 2 floors of 80 ft by 30 ft
Located directly next to the airport site, a technology park is purposely designed to accommodate companies in the aluminium transformation sector and other industries with high added technological value.
